  • My experience with this company was terrible. When my car was vandalized, I needed to get the window fixed quickly so I called my insurance and was referred to Safelite. I should have found a place on my own. I took my car in and had to leave it there for over a day to get an appointment. Then on the day of my appointment they called to see if I needed to reschedule because they had forgot my car was already there, and complete. Who knows how long it had been done. When I went to pick up my car, there was still glass everywhere, including tiny shards on my drivers seat which I had specifically asked if they could vacuum. I paid this company almost $400 for a new window after some punks took a crowbar to it and they couldn't even do a decent job. Seriously poor service by all but one of the staff as well. If you need a window replaced, I strongly encourage you to shop around and find a better place than safelite. Anywhere is probably better.
