  • DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY. The home warranty company assigned our HVAC repair claim to them. They don't call. They email your appointment, how do they that time will work!! I had to call and reschedule till the next day. Set for 7-11am. I called at 10am and they sent another email saying they'll be out 11-3pm! Tech arrived at 230pm. He drained the condensation line only but left a pool of water in the tray and the water continued to leak! Another ac company is coming out and I don't know how they can be worse than this company. NO STARS!!!!
