  • I am speechless (except for the words needed to write this review, of course)! We came into the dealership expecting one thing (a really great deal), and thought we were sorely mistaken when the monthly payments were initially discussed with us, which were WAY too high. My wife and I headed for the manager's desk to get our keys and get out of there. But the professional and kind managers calmly spoke to me about what my expectations were and how they could meet them. When I told them what I expected, I never once thought that they could (or would) help me out that much. But they actually made it happen! I couldn't believe it. This dealership wants to make customers happy and will do whatever possible to make that happen! I will highly recommend Surprise Honda to all my friends and family. The only surprise at Surprise Honda is exceeding your expectations (unlike most other car dealerships). Thank you!!!!!!!
