  • I am not a person to slam anyone by any means but I saw dr Kramer for a few issues I was having. He then said come in for an ultrasound, I went ahead got one done and they found a mass in my uterus cavity. He then demanded blood work. So I went and had it done. I myself had to call them back 5 days later and nurse Peggy at the rainbow location was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She told me my hormones were super high as if I was pregnant but I'm not of course and also that I was going through full blown menopause but she couldn't devolge the rest of my records I needed to meet with the doctor... I am 26 years old mind you so hearing that I was devastated. I called the next day had my records sent to another doctor and he said no where on the records are my testosterone/hormones high nor am i in menopause. She is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and does NOT BELONG RELAYING THIS INFO IF SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHES TALKING ABOUT. They lost a patient I am extremely unhappy!!
