  • Just had Charles out here to diagnose and complete a repair to our HVAC unit. The first visit he seemed distracted and unfriendly, but okay. He went straight to work. The second visit he was completely unprofessional after asking him to move his truck so the garbage collectors could collect the garbage for the entire HOA. I asked him to respect our property and the rules of the HOA after he huffed and puffed about it. He decided not to repair our unit and left. I had concerns after reading previous reviews, but they seemed to be older and I gave Blue Ox a chance. Not worth the time or trouble.
