  • GROUPON DEAL: "One Oil Change Package with Premium Filter, 5L of Premium Oil, 26-pt inspection, and OPTIONAL TIRE ROTATION". Don't buy this deal expecting to get a tire rotation! I specifically requested one and was flatly denied. My car is 3 years old and was up to 32,700 km. The tires had never been rotated and were showing signs of uneven wear. "IF NEEDED" (in the fine print) means THEY get to decide - and they will likely always refuse. I've never seen a rotation being done in any of my visits there. A few days later, I brought my car into my dealership, and one of the first things they pointed out is that I was overdue for a tire rotation. Looks pretty bad on Quik Oil Change, I'd say. If they were honest, they would say "IF REQUESTED" instead of "IF NEEDED" - which is then consistent with "OPTIONAL TIRE ROTATION". If they are unwilling to do rotations - they shouldn't be misrepresenting that it is part of their deal.
