  • Well, mixed review. While my service advisors (Guy and Charmane) have been nice, helpful and seemingly concerned, I have now been sitting here for 4 and a half hours for 2 recall issues that I made an appointment for over a month ago. And it is seemingly because of a disconnect btwn the advisors and the mechanics not even knowing they already have the parts they need. I have watched everyone come and go since I've been here. It feels as though recall issues are not as important as people they can make money off of. Sorry , definitely cannot recommend Midway .......
