  • Wife and I checked in tonight for a Sunday. Getaway and first off lupe at the front desk rude and undertrained so our initial experience was ruined and that doesn't include the two trips to front desk because miss rude palace station 2014 didn't turn on our room keys!!! Wonder how that happened??? Don't stay here if LUPE is working up front...if that's her name since she had no name tag to boot..wonder why
