If you are in a good mood and want to change that, head to the Summerlin Post Office. What they lack in ability and professionalism, they more than make up for with rudeness. OMG This idiotic practice of having someone talk to each person in line and write on a piece of paper what they want at the window is a way to 'beat" the mystery shopper. When asked "how long did you wait until someone greeted you", THAT is a shorter time than the amount of time you waited to be helped. In the time he went down the line, he could have stayed at an open window and helped at least 3 or 4 people which would have actually shortened the wait. I'm standing there with a return receipt envelope, already properly labeled with the green and white sticker on it and full postage. All I needed was for the clerk to stamp my part so I would have proof that I sent it. He wrote "return receipt: on a scrap of paper and handed it to me as if I wasn't capable of uttering those words to the clerk at the window. I adore my personal mail carrier but this place is the worst example of customer service EVER!!!
