  • Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service! If you call with any questions the front office is extremely rude and snobby over the phone! I was told I could not be transferred to a doctor or physician's assistant to get my question answered! They refused to write me a script! They said my pharmacy had to request it. What kind of bullshit is that?! I pay that doctors office for every visit and they want someone else to do the work for them?!?! I called six times and got the same lady who is very very rude over the phone and of no help! I emailed Lynn personally and never received a response! I think it's time to look for a new doctor! STAY AWAYYYYYY!
