We usually like this place but its only our second time in this location. So that second time of being here we had a terrible experience by Melissa C. (I guess she's also a store manager)
A manager should know how to treat customers especially kids. Kids dont know better. Talk to them nicely if they made a simple mistake but instead Melissa lectured the children like they're her own. The kids that were happy to be there end up frightened.
She caused nothing but EMOTIONAL DISTRESSED to the kids.
