  • I work in the nursing field and we send patients to this facility every now and then. When calling to give report, you'd be lucky if anybody picks up on a 3rd attempt. It is almost always more than that before anybody picks up. If and when your phone call is answered, they are rude at times. Like today, I made a call attempt 6x on different times. No pick up. They finally call cause a patient is already there. They accuse that patient is sent without giving report and that it is "unacceptable". Very discourteous and rude female on the other line. Even if I told that a total of 6 attempts were made, female still justifies her so-called "unacceptability'". If this is the kind of staff they have there then just pray your loved ones will not go there; find another place. Or, IF they will go there, pray very hard!
