I was hit by a driver back in August who was not paying attention. Even though the driver received a police citation and his insurance company said that they would accept full responsibility, they quickly proved to be incompetent and corrupt. I was at my wits' end with hours wasted on the phone, fighting for the money that I needed for my repairs and rental car. I explained my problem to Marie, the manager of Service King Spring Valley. I was so impressed when she called the insurance company for me and spent hours of her own time trying to make things right. When she realized how the insurance company was treating me, she became angry for me. Friday evening I received a phone call from Marie and she was appalled by the way the insurance company was treating me. Her empathy and commitment was so encouraging, but what she said next literally brought me to tears.
Marie covered the cost of the additional days that I needed my rental car and decided to fight the insurance company for me. She was the first person who treated me with respect since the entire ordeal took place and the tears were a result of being so touched by her kindness.
After Marie offered to fight the corrupt insurance company for me, another issue arose. My car was ready to be picked up, but I had to work on Saturday and the shop closes at 1:00pm. Most companies would have left me to figure out a way to get to the shop before 1:00pm, but missing work is not an option for me. Marie arranged for Kimberly, another amazing employee of Service King Spring Valley to meet me at 4:00pm so that I could pick up my car and return the rental. Kimberly met me right on time and was so friendly and kind, even though I was responsible for her having to come back into work while she was off the clock. I think this might possibly be the best customer service I have ever experienced from any company in my entire life. Thank you so much Marie and Kimberly for having integrity and caring so much about your customers.
