We decided to stop by on a hot afternoon this summer and found it (expectedly) busy. The staff was hard at work the entire time we were there, but despite that, our orders still came out a little later than expected. The ice cream was good, but the price was a little steep in my opinion. The main gimmick here is their nitrogen cooling machines that supercool your ice cream and create a cool fog that spills over the counter and dissipates quickly.
If you want on-par ice cream with an OK "wow factor" this might be the place for you
