  • First off I am a huge fan of the H&M brand. But each time I go to the Town Square location it's very inconvenient to check out, especially this time. The store was closing and I was waiting in line prior to the actual closing time. Once I got to the counter and started to check out, the mngr on duty was extremely rude and not professional at all. I spent a little over $450 and it was very apparent that my business was not welcomed. Please train your entire management staff on how to be professional when representing another persons brand. Horrible attitude and very rude people.
