Went for a bday party we were invited to. When we arrived there was nobody to take my son to where the birthday boy was hanging out or a receptionist to direct us. As it was our first time there we were a bit lost on the rules and what was going on. We were told what time we were going for play time and how long for food time all by my buddy who was there for his sons bday. They have 1 room for a closed off event like a bday party. Then a cafeteria area for any other parties. The facility was once a gym and it seems like the new ppl just slapped some paint on the walls and said fuck it, it's good enough. I would never have my sons bday there as it seems like the event was treated as second class. The staff assisting with my godson's party were good. The staff inside the jumping area were more concerned with how much fun the could have. There was no way to discern who was working and who was there to have after work fun. Most (not all) stood around. Some were interacting with the children which was awesome but most were just chilling out. So two stars as I think they could have done better with things.
