This review is for the receptionist who I met today as I was visiting the lab for blood work. The experience was unpleasant enough for me to leave a review. One of a receptionist's main duties is to greet customers and answer questions in a friendly manner. This receptionist answered my questions while making me feel like a nuisance who was interrupting her day. She had no desire to help me beyond only answering my questions in a very short manner - a very bad customer experience.
I dislike giving the entire centre a bad review, but a receptionist is the first person a customer interacts with and plays an important role in the entire customer experience. I hope they are able to improve this with additional training or changing their hiring practices.
