  • 4.5 stars. We go regularly to Northern Dumpling and it always delights. It's small, crowded, brusque but pleasant, fast, and reasonably priced. Their fried dumplings are superb, their steamed leek and pork dumplings excellent, and their soup dumplings have the thinnest wrapping in the city. But the highlight is the flash-fried green beans; yesterday they were particularly wonderful. This is a terrific restaurant.
