1) Lentil salad - I like to top with falafel
2) Hummus - homemade (and slightly spicy) roasted red pepper, basil pesto, or fig
3) Shrimp salad with homemade citrus vinaigrette
4) Greek steak-cut fries zomg (when you are feeling not *so* healthy)
5) Grilled greek wrap with grilled veggies (buttom mushrooms, onions, zucchini, bell pepper, etc).
