  • HI Scott, I greatly appreciate that Paladar and you make the effort and care about the quality of your patrons experience. I am sure that sometimes things just end up less idea then anticipated and I will make sure that I come back to Paladar since it used to be my go to place. I am excited to try some of your new vegan options as well. I applaud you for having a very comprehensive and easy to read menu that includes vegan, veg and GF options. Definitely a step in the right direction. Thank you again for writing back.
