rev:text	My experience was very different from the first one and the others I read. I don't know why, as all the glowing reviews got me to go. However, I was traumatized for days afterwards. Not 100% sure, this was a couple months ago and I tried to block it out but I believe I saw Dr. Kale. Everything else about the visit was great, but it was one of those situations where the doctor makes or breaks it. I don't want to go into too much detail, but from the first she was cold and unfriendly. I thought going in as a new patient would have merited a minute or so of introduction but she jumped right into the medical history, went through that - incompletely. When I yelped (no pun intended!) she refused to complete the exam even though I said it was ok. Told me I had too many other medical problems to warrant continuing and I was too fat (I'm a size 10) for her to do a proper exam. Can't say I'd ever heard that before even when I was heavier. Anyway, all this detail is only shared to give a sense of how surreal it was. I called to complain and talked to a customer service manager - I was amazed that they had one - I shared my complaint in full - she was nice and attentive but never got back to me as promised. It's a shame - I would like to use them - other than this (but it's a big except) they seemed great.
