  • I call for a free quote set up a day on Friday between 9-12 no one showed up. They called a week later and I told them no one showed up so they asked if they could come again so I agreed. Shane R. came out and did a long display about there company. I said I was interested in it but had to speak with my wife. I asked for the information he was giving me on paper or email he said his computer cant do that but I was ok to take a picture of the info and saving I would be having. Then he had me sign some paperwork, some on city approvals, aps waives, hoa approvals, and penalty's if I cancel after start up. So I did, then the next day Shane texted me at 7am asking if I had time to talk with my wife and sign the credit application. I Told him I did and that I would like a copy of the documents I signed with him. Then he stated those don't matter until after I sign for the credit application. I said I get that but I would like a copy of the documents before I sign the credit application. He said sure. I have not got any copies of the paper work. Nor have I been contacted since that morning. This was back on October 20 now its the 31 and have received nothing. I will not do business with a company that will not give you paper work I have asked for, that's a bad sales man/ company standard. Stay away from this company
