rev:text	I'm not one to go out of my way to write a negative review, but I am so unhappy with the service I recieved here, I had to voice it somewhere. A few weeks ago, my kitten had a freak accident and I had to take her here because my regular vet was closed. First of all, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I feel that they withheld important information regarding my cat's recovery proccess. Secondly, their prices are RIDICULOUS. Granted, it's an emergency center, so it would be understandable IF the quality of their care matched the prices. Third, I genuinely feel that my cat left in worse condition than she came in. She went home with a huge (unecessary) cast on her foot where she had surgery, reacted badly to it, and became extremely aggressive and scratched me and my boyfriend up. When I called the vet back in a panic, their response was, "Oh, that can happen sometimes." Well, if that's a possibility, you'd think they would have mentioned it to me. I ended up taking her back to stay overnight and when I spoke with the vet again, her main concern was "the safety of her staff" rather than finding a solution to my kitten's problem. Now I'll be paying this vet bill off for the next year... Just a constant reminder of the horrible experience I had here!! Look elsewhere people!
