| - I was extremely excited to visit the store. I already knew so much about the company as a startup and how they are changing the mattress industry. Everything they do is gold. Everything from their business model to their advertising, to the structure of their website to their product and customer service.
When we got there on a Sunday around lunch, there was a 30 minute wait. I had absolutely no problem waiting in their lobby with the other guests. We were greeted, introduced, then taken on a tour to an individual bedroom set up. They tell you about the mattress, then slide shut this big wooden door to give you some time to comfortably lay and examine the bed without any awkward salesy employee just watching you decide if you like it or not. After some time they come in and ask what you think, etc.
They aren't commission based so you don't get that salesman hussle that you would get from normal furniture stores, they don't try to upsell you with, this layer and that layer and all this added BS, and they kept it simple. When I said I will gladly take one, the employee casually told me that we are able to either order in store from their computer, or we can do it at home.
Some other things I loved about the company was the fact that you get a 10 year warranty, 100 day trial period and if you aren't satisfied, they completely reimburse you and let you donate the mattress to your charity of choice.
Incredible company. What more can you ask for...
Thank you T&N and I can't wait to place my order for my mattress.
