Skip the free personal training session offered when you sign up if you're not looking to get a personal trainer. I thought the trainer would take me around the gym, show me the machines, maybe explain how some of them work but nope. They assess you by making you do a few exercises to get an idea of your fitness level and then try to sell you personal training sessions, which I understand, but if you already know you don't want personal training, just skip it. Other than that, for 10 bucks a month, I can't complain.
