  • Very fast assistance from making an appointment online. We were greeted by Sonny exactly at our appointment time and since we arrived earlier than our scheduled time, we had the chance to inspect the new iPhones and iWatches. We were approached by different staff members making sure that our inquiries were answered. We were helped immediately with my actual iWatch problem and at no cost to me. No fuss, no drama, no hardship. Happy with today's visit. Great job, guys.
