Good enough if you need quick care. I was a walk-in patient and was seen within 30 minutes. I went in for a common infection and received the necessary medication that same day. That being said, somehow the lab attempted to charge over $700 to my insurance. I don't understand how that was possible since it was a very simple exam that the county does for less than $30. A week passed, and I was never informed the results were in so I had to call. I was forced to return and pay a second visit to receive the results. During the second appointment, the provider suggested doing MORE blood work because she claimed my protein was low. It was very obvious they were trying to juice my insurance for money. The staff is not enthusiastic to work there. The receptionist even dared to ask me from across the room if I wanted a flu shot. There are seats immediately in front of the receptionist which obviously removes all privacy from the conversation.
