They really want you to buy a package and seem to frown upon paying for a single visit to see if you like the chiropractor or the treatment. Their packages require a 30 day cancellation notice and auto-renew. We bought one visit and didn't receive a thank you at the end of the payment (I suspect because we didn't buy a package).
The chiropractor didn't do much to help my wife's back pain. And I should know because I heard every word of their visit. The rooms are not private so everything you say can be hears by every patient in the lobby.
Before my wife went back to the exam room, the chiropractor came out to the lobby with a model of the spine to explain how "we do not treat neck or back pain" and that they treat "subluxations" only. Really odd to give that lecture to the lobby.
The appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. Tons of paperwork required before hand. Then after the 10 min appointment, you are told you need 2 more visits a week for 2 more weeks.
Overall it was just an odd experience with what seemed like very superficial care from the chiropractor. And your welcome is cut very short if you do not want a package.
