  • I recently had a rather minor fender bender and brought my car in to 427 Auto. I met with Neelam who was extremely professional and courteous. She assessed the vehicle and made an appointment with me to bring in the car on a specific date. She coordinated the entire repair with my insurance company and also arranged for my rental vehicle with Enterprise rent a car. They have an Enterprise counter in-house. Having all the services under one roof really does make things very easy. Whenever I sent an email inquiry to ask about my vehicle, an update was provided very soon. Even though repairs can be delayed due to parts and availability, I always appreciate a speedy reply with accurate information - this is where this place shines. Lastly, the repair was done extremely well and the car was cleaned inside and out. If I ever need any work done or need to refer a friend, this is absolutely where I would send them.
