  • Elysian West is a bargain basement excuse for a property. There are many people who have moved out and the apartments remain vacant. The office staff is incompetent, the property management company doesn't fix broken things around the property. The maintenance men are really nice and it's too bad they couldn't be in charge because the "managers" are hardly that. Do not move in here. You'll be paying premium price for bullshit service. You may as well buy a home because the amenities and service are not what they try to sell in your first tour experience.
