I wish there were less stars to give this company. Setting up utilities is a hassle in itself. I did not expect trash to be so difficult. I left many many messages and filled out the form online. After 4 days without any word, I called again and left more messages, this time, I let it be known I was irritated, to not be able to get anyone on the phone for assistance. I was hung up on and told, " If I want service, go somewhere else". I asked politely but stern," Sir, are you telling me to go elsewhere because I can not get anyone on the phone to return call?" I guess this is typical of 2015 work culture. People who should not have jobs are employed. Customer service is at an all time low.
