  • Will start by saying that I was totally skeptical about how low these prices were, but they were very upfront that some mattresses were used (deep cleaned/sanitized) and that some were new. I did try (laid on it) and picked out a mattress that was new and got it delivered that same day. Unfortunately, after sleeping on that night, it was a lot firmer than I needed. I texted them right when I woke up around 0700 and they worked with me on selecting a different mattress. I wasn't able to find one that was soft enough for my liking so they refunded me the full price minus a $50 restocking fee (understandable)... all in all it was a pretty good experience and stand behind their customer satisfaction promise!!
