  • We lived here for 10 month lease. We had been renting a home for many years and suddenly the owners decided to sell, so we were rushed to find a new place and we ended up here (mainly due to having a dog). Well we knew it was only for 10 months, but once we can say we are finally DONE with this complex it will be a relief. The location is ALL that is good about this place. We were shown a model of the apartment we were to rent but once we got the keys and moved in, we quickly realized the "upgrades" in the model were not in our unit, but we were still paying the increased price. Then things started breaking and remained broke. Upon move out we hired a cleaning crew to make sure all would be well and 2 weeks later we are sent a bill for a cleaning crew and new carpet? So if you have a choice and time to look for a place for live, heed all of our advise and do not move into this complex. You've been warned.
