  • Don't waste your time. They pull bait and switch. I ordered a motorized shade at a price that was $60 less than most competitors during the black Friday sale. After the sales were over - I was notified (only by email) by a clerk named Shannon who told me they can't give me the shade that the already charged to my credit card for $355 and now I needed to spend an additional $179 for the same exact product....or I could downgrade to a lesser product for the same cost. She also lied and said she sent out samples so I could compare the products and she didn't until I had to call the company. I got a rude "manager" who talked over me and still insisted they didn't have to give me the product I paid for. My money was finally returned yesterday. STAY AWAY from this group of dishonest people. I had ordered aluminum blinds from them before this and the product seemed fine for the first month. Over Christmas a guest banged into one and now it is dented beyond repair. They sell cheap products and don't uphold good business practices.
