  • My wife and I were visiting the Phoenix area from San Francisco. I decided I needed a new pair of shoes, and Mephisto is the only brand I wear, so was happy to find this wonderful little store in Scottsdale. Aaron couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgable, and I went away with my new shoes. Of course, my wife had to have two new pairs, too. It developed that even though the particular shoes I picked out felt great in the store, and still felt good walking around the house we were staying in, when I finally wore them outside (the first test was a half day at the Musical Instrument Museum-- great place!) my left foot was killing me. I had never had that happen before with Mephistos, so I figured the shoes would adjust to my feet. Not so. After I got home, I realized things weren't getting better, and the shoes were really unwearable. I got ahold of Aaron, and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Even though I had worn the shoes, he allowed me to return the shoes for store credit, and shipped me a different model, which are GREAT! Aaron is a great guy to do business with.
