First words to describe the staff: rude and annoyed that you want to spend your money there. This is the one of the worst vape shops I've been to, customer service wise and just by their products and how the employees I worked with ending up having no knowledge ohms law and if you don't understand that you should flat out not be working in a vape shop. This place was terrible and then when I called to try to get my problem resolved, because my mod was producing 1/4 of the clouds and nic it did before. I was on the hook for 10 minutes and no answer. Later I went in, zero customers in the shop, and I asked them if they had a phone and they laughed and said they're never able to answer it because of the volume of customers. Anybody who has worked in a customer service setting know that that is complete hogwash. (Being polite as I can)
