rev:text	I took my car here all of 2013 and part of 2014 and always had great service. I then switched to Firestone for service and minor repair because it was a lot cheaper. This week I had a problem which seemed like transmission but I am not knowledgeable about cars, that is what I pay others for. I made an appointment, took the car in at 7:45 AM, waited over an hour for the courtesy shuttle which I finally had to go find someone and ask about because no one came to check if there more shuttle passengers (there were three). At 1PM, I called my service advisor and got voice mail. I waited 30 minutes, no call back then called the main number and was told he would get the message. About 15 minutes later he called and said they had not looked at my car, they were busy and short handed. He said it would probably be the following day (Friday) before they looked at it and if it was transmission, it would be the middle of next week before it was done. He said I should leave the car there until they looked at it. I explained I have no other car or a way to get around. However he did not suggest a loaner car (turns out they had none available), help me get a rental, nothing and made me think I had no other options but to leave the car. I had also asked to have a light looked at and they didn't do that either. So after having my car about 8 hours, they did NOTHING! I found a ride, picked up the car and took it to Aamco. They told me after a 5 minute drive, it needed new spark plugs, the transmission is fine. I will NEVER go to this place again!!
