  • On Bloor Street, there are actually TWO fro-yo places side by side. I have taken it upon myself to check out BOTH locations to report back to my fellow yelpers about what one is better... Menchie's is definetly best, and here are my reasons why: 1) Staff - they're awesome. Super nice and funny! 2) Sample cups are not rationed out - at the competition down the street, they ration out the cups! WTF! It's not the fro-yo that makes it, it's the TOPPINGS - get it straight 3) Patio! YUPPP They have a patio folks! Enjoy your chilled dessert under the stars on their street side seating! I cannot get enough of this place. Last time I spent $15.00 on ice cream for me and my boyfriend (mine was $9.00!! LOL). Keep in mind - the fruits are the heaviest toppings, and they will cost the most! Stick to the light and bright to keep your budget down (coconut, toasted almonds, caramel sauce... YUMMM). Also pick up a menchie's card and start collecting points to get some bucks off your next fro-yo treat. Here's to your next brain freeze!!!
