  • Just had a fantastic experience with Jarrod Watson from Hays Roofing. After a heavy monsoon, a water spot developed on my ceiling and needed to determine what was going on and the fix needed. Jarrod showed up on time and got up to the 2nd story roof (on a 108 degree day no less!) over the area of my water spot. About 5 minutes later Jarrod came down and let me know the issue was all taken care of. Luckily it was just a few tiles that had come out of place during he storm and caused the water to wick underneath. Jarrod took photos and explained everything to me. When I asked him what I owed him for the repair he said payment wasn't necessary since it was a simple issue. I know who I'm going to recommend and call for any real roof issues I come across down the road. Thanks Jarrod and Hays!
