I was going to this location for over a year. I had tried a few different doctors at this location but the one I was absolutely not happy with was Dr. Jones. I brought in my senior pit bull which isn't always the happiest going to the vet and this was our first time with this doc (the last doc we saw wasn't in that day) The doc tried to give him his shots and that didn't work so he said he needed to take him to the back. He pretty much held his leash in the air where my dog was literally on his back feet walking and hit his head on the wall due to my dog not liking that position he was being held in. I tried to calm my dog down by talking to him telling him he's OK, he'll be fine, etc... the doc said "you spoil your dog too much, that's why he acts like that"... I looked at my husband & we were shocked he said that. At that point we should have already left, but I made the wrong decision of continuing the visit. The doc came back in & my dog seemed really quiet. I figured my dog was just upset about his shots and nail trim he had to get. We finished up the visit and when we got home my kids noticed his nails were bleeding. Majority of his nails were cut too short and were cut very odd like it was a struggle to do it and was cut while he was moving around. My dog was obviously in pain. He isn't a saint but the doc should have just came back in the room and said he won't do the nail trim because he won't sit still at all. I was so upset with this experience! Never again! Besides the location costing a lot I was not happy with this doc at all. After researching, I finally found a way better location that treats my animals with lots of love & care and are very reasonable also. If you go here or want to try this place for the first time, hope your experience(s) are way better than our last experience.
