  • In case we have any regular patients of Dr. Coffey on here , I just wanted to let you all know that sadly, He has passed away. Many are unaware of this. Dr. Coffey was a good man and it happened suddenly. I am trying to work with the local chiropractic board to find out how people will go about obtaining records. He had wanted patients to be transferred to my office, AZ Spine Disc and Sport, but so far we have had no luck in figuring out what his landlord has done with them. I have been in contact with the AZ chiropractic board and they have determined that his landlord disposed of all patient records. Unfortunately, there will be no way to obtain patient records going forward. Our chiropractors are still happy to help take over your care or find you another office that would be a good fit. Please let us know. Also, a long time patient of his is currently planning a small informal memorial service for Dr. Coffey. It will Be held in the studio in my office. Date and details TBD. I will post them here as soon as they are finalized.
