I asked for a cut and color. Was it cut? Not really. Not at all. Was it colored? For about 2 days. Only because I did not wash my hair for fear of all the color running out. When I asked for a specific tone in my hair, being dark, they put in a light lavender. Does a pastel lavender seem like a dark color to you? No I didn't think so either, but as it was my first time there I tried to wait to see the outcome. Back to my hair not being cut. I did ask for a trim, but I also expected my split ends to be gone. They were not. My hair was completely damaged by the color and started to become absolutely disgusting and crunchy. Upon my second attempt back trying to fix the mess they created, the workers were not as kind to me and did not complete the drying process of my hair. That was kind of rude considering I had to come back as they did not do their job properly the first time. I again asked for my hair to be cut. Was it cut? No. For the second time at this salon my hair was barely touched with scissors. I then decided it would be worth a six hour drive and 1/3 of the price cut and dye from a salon that actually knows what they are doing. What was I charged here for the constant mistakes and unhappiness? Over 300 dollars. How much was the salon six hours away? Less than 200 dollars. That to me, a six hour drive, was worth so much more than to hope my hair is actually cut this time. Thanks but no thanks Verde Salon. Goodbye
