  • Writing this while we're still at Welcome Diner, because it is THAT good. We're traveling through Phoenix and found this place just a few miles from our Airbnb. After a long day of traveling, this place was everything. We loved the community feel, the twinkly lights, and the locally sourced ingredients. We split two burgers--the Welcome burger and the Blue Sky burger. Both were delicious and came with a side (we tried the cole slaw and the side salad). They have a cool retro bar and solid beer list, but we opted for the homemade fruit punch (which was so good). I wish we were in Phoenix longer so we could come back again!
