  • Each time I go to Montreal, I mean to try this shop because they carry a particular line of products that aren't available in Ottawa. Having forgotten the name of the company whose product I wanted, I gave the employee a pretty vague description of the product line I was looking for. Unsure of which I meant, the employee highlighted the important features that I was looking for and matched me up with a product that met my needs. I was really interested in the product I was matched with, but at the last minute at the cash remembered, and mentioned it to the employee who then knew exactly the brand I was looking for. She took me over to what I wanted and ensured that I had the opportunity to ask more questions seeing as how it was a much pricier product. What impressed me the most was that I had walked in about 4 or 5 minutes before close, all the nearby shops already had they're gates partially closed, but not for a second did she do anything to rush me or make me feel bad for trying to ask more questions at closing time. I'm so happy that I got the product that I have wanted to try for so long and so close to close, that never would have happened unless she wanted me to!
