rev:text	I go here every two weeks because it is the only place I know on the west side of Madison that will vacuum the car interior for you. They always do a terrible job but there is no competition so I go there. I always ask for the full interior vacuum. Extra charge options are vacuuming the last row of seats (uh, yeah) and tumbling the floor mats. Today, as always, I said, "Give me every option. I want every part of the interior cleaned - the back, the mats, the last row, everything. And the cheapest exterior wash." This always costs me $17. Today I went to the check-out while the car was being cleaned and they charged me $12. I told them something was wrong and did they tumble the mats? No, and it's too late to do it they said. I was really mad and went outside to the order taker and reminded him I asked for every option. He said, if you want the mats shampooed you have to ask for that. I told him we never talked about shampooing and I just wanted the full interior vacuumed with the mats. He said I would have to talk to the manager. Meanwhile, I suspected my car was holding up the long line so I went back, got in and drove away. So, I just got home and looked in the back and there is dirt and crumbs all over the backseat and floor and the mats. I will never go back there again! Now I'm heading over to the gas station to vacuum it myself. I would go back and ask Mermaid for another vacuum, but what's the point. It's not even close to my house and the lines are very long and I know the manager wouldn't care and he'd probably make me pay for it anyway. DO NOT GO TO MERMAID!
