  • WOW. What a sad operation. This is a big enough company that you would expect some integrity with regards to billing and account issues. I bought a groupon deal, went in, voluntarily gave them my real contact info, only to find that they won't honor my groupon and also have me with a balance due. I never signed a contract, and had I simply told the clerk a different name I would be tanning right now. But because some rep working on commission signed me up last year without my knowledge or consent, I apparently had a past due balance. I couldn't believe my ears. This is a low end tanning salon, not a banking institution. I didn't buy any tans from you on a financing plan. Such a waste of time going here. Just your typical low IQ Vegas business. No ID check, no verification, nothing. So head up to anyone signing up or using this place, give a fake name and pay cash. They will lie and cheat and steal and have no concern for your privacy. Someone could have easily gone in and used my name (and might have even done so) and they don't care.
