  • EPIC FAILURE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORST DISPLAY OF MANAGERIAL LEADERSHIP EVER !!! Check the tape! With 2 managers more interested in hanging purses 30 feet away than helping the only (teenage) cashier with 30 customers in her line. That was my worst and slowest experience in anything resembling a Nordstrom. I won't be returning to this one... Zero stars!
