  • L O C A T I O N On the corner of Dundas St W and Center Eliabeth St. This establishment is VERRRRYYYY cozy. With a few tables and one bigger table further back. This place is not good for hanging out unless you get the coveted back table. F O O D //Sakura Parfait// (7.50) Soft serve matcha parfait with genmai (brown rice), shiratama (mochi), azuki bean (red bean), and a sakura cookie. The pinkness of the sakura cookie balances well with the greeness of the matcha. My favorite part of the parfait has to be the genmai. It adds a roasted nuttiness to the soft serve and it was yummy. //Shiratama Parfait// (7.50) Just like the name, it has shiratama (mochi) and it comes with azuki beans. This one is simpler compared to the Sakura Parfait but you can taste the matcha more. S E R V I C E The workers here were prompt. There were a couple customers ahead of my group, so it wasn't a long wait. When I asked what the brown rice thing was in my Sakura Parfait to one of the cashier she didn't know and had to ask another more seasoned co-worker. Otherwise it was a good interaction. O V E R A L L If you are a matcha fan then this place is awesome. BUUUUUT if you like to chill and hangout while enjoying your matcha I suggest elsewhere. This place is verrrrrryyy small and tables are tall and uncomfortable. I can see why this place got negative reviews because of the size of this establishment. I wish that the menu had more descriptions on the items because it was hard knowing what you're getting or what the item is from the picture. The matcha is on the pricey side, so it's a good treat once in a-while. I'd probably come back and get their soft serve again, but would avoid during sunny days and weekends.
