  • Ive done quite a few escape games before I came to Blackout and I must say, its up there on my list. We played Southend Psycho and the staff was nice enough to let us in after their last scheduled time slot at 10PM on a Saturday night. While its not the best game Ive ever played, the amazing hospitality of the staff and their customer service really put my experience over the top. You can really tell they believe in their product and love what they are doing, and that goes a long way in creating memorable guest experiences. I cant really explain myself on the actual game experience without giving away details, but Ill just say that I missed the lack of variety in the puzzles that Ive seen at other venues not in NC. Our team successfully finished with a few minutes to spare, so obviously we were happy about that. I would definitely recommend you try Blackout, I know Ill be going back to see their other games. I hope that we see more of this type of entertainment pop up in Charlotte in the near future...people are hungry for something fresh, and this concept satisfies.
