  • They seem very unprofessional. I made an appointment for my daughter through Zoc Doc and 10 minutes later their office cancelled my appointment. They didn't call, nor email me with the reason. Zoc Doc was so embarrassed, THEY apologized and gave me an Amazon gift card and said they're baffled that an office would do that and not even contact me to explain or reschedule. Speaks VOLUMES about the quality of people working there. Needless to say I won't bother with them.
